It describes your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), with respect to information collected on fixingmyfinances.com, operated by Zenith Digital, LLC.

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from Site visitors:
- Identifiers: IP address, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP
- Internet or electronic network activity: Pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, browser and device type

Purposes for Collection
We collect this information to operate and improve the Site, serve advertising, analyze traffic, and respond to inquiries. See Section 3 of our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The CCPA gives California residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, our use of Google AdSense, RSOC/Yahoo advertising, and affiliate-tracking cookies may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA's broad definitions.
To opt out of the sharing of your data for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, you may:
- Use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool (aboutads.info)
- Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a compatible browser — we will honor it as a valid opt-out request
- Contact us directly at [email protected]
Your CCPA Rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
- Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (see above).
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lesser quality of service.
- Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.

Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") permits California residents to request information about how we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. For questions, contact us at [email protected].
